1. Nature of our products
We sell digital products — instantly downloadable prompt vaults, templates, content packs and automation kits. There is no physical shipment, and the product is delivered the moment your payment is confirmed.
2. 7-day satisfaction guarantee
Despite the digital nature of our products, we stand behind every drop. If a product fails to meet your reasonable expectations, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase by writing to hello@anvarto.com.
Your refund request must include:
- The order ID (begins with
ord_…) — found in your order confirmation email or/account.php, - The email used to purchase, and
- A short reason so we can improve.
3. When refunds are not available
- More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date,
- The product was used in violation of our Terms & Conditions (e.g. redistribution, resale, sharing of files),
- The dispute is based on personal preference of style after extensive use,
- Buyer's remorse claims unsupported by evidence of a defect.
4. How we process refunds
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method via Razorpay. Processing typically takes:
- Credit / debit card: 5–7 business days,
- UPI / Net-banking: 3–5 business days,
- Wallets: 1–3 business days.
Bank processing times are outside our control. We will share the Razorpay refund reference ID once issued.
5. Cancellations
Because delivery is instant, an order cannot be cancelled after payment is confirmed. If you change your mind before clicking "Pay & place order", simply close the checkout window — no charge will be made.
6. Access to refunded products
Once a refund is approved, your access to the corresponding digital files is revoked and the download links in your account are disabled.
7. Chargebacks
If you have an issue with an order, please contact us first — we will resolve it fairly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in suspension of your account.
8. Pricing & promotions
Promotional discounts and coupon codes are non-transferable and cannot be retroactively applied to past orders.
