1. No refunds for digital products
ANVARTO Digital sells downloadable digital products such as prompt vaults, templates, content packs, documents, and automation resources. Because these products are delivered digitally and can be accessed, copied, downloaded, or used immediately after purchase, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and agree that the order cannot be refunded once payment is successful.
2. Non-refundable situations
Refunds are not available for:
- Downloaded, accessed, or delivered digital products,
- Change of mind, buyer's remorse, or accidental purchases,
- Personal preference about product style, format, or expected outcome,
- Failure to read the product description before purchase,
- Use of the product in violation of our Terms & Conditions, including sharing, resale, redistribution, or unauthorized commercial use.
3. Delivery and access support
If you face a genuine delivery or access issue, contact us and we will help resolve it. This includes situations such as:
- Payment was successful but the product was not delivered,
- The download link is not working,
- The file is corrupted or inaccessible,
- A duplicate transaction was charged for the same order.
In these cases, our first remedy will be to restore access, resend the download link, replace the file, or verify the transaction. A refund is not guaranteed and will only be considered if required by applicable law or payment-network rules.
4. Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled after successful payment because digital delivery begins immediately. If you do not wish to purchase, close the checkout window before completing payment.
5. Chargebacks and disputes
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us first so we can investigate and fix delivery or access issues. Filing a chargeback for a valid delivered digital order may result in account restrictions and loss of future access.
