These Terms govern your access to and use of the website https://marketplace-pro-547.preview.emergentagent.com (the "Service"), operated by ANVARTO Digital. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use this Service.
3. The Service
We sell digital products — downloadable files such as prompt packs, templates, content packs and automation kits. There is no physical shipment.
You will be granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual ("lifetime") personal-use licence to each digital product you purchase. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicence or share the files in any form.
4. Account
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@anvarto.com of any unauthorised use.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹/INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST), unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed via Razorpay Software Private Limited. We do not store payment instrument data.
By submitting payment, you authorise the charge to be made through your selected payment method.
6. Delivery
Digital products are delivered immediately on successful payment, via:
- An on-screen download button on the order confirmation page,
- An email containing a personal lifetime download link, and
- Your account dashboard at
/account.php(re-downloadable any time).

7. Refunds & Cancellations
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. By purchasing you agree to that policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Service — including text, graphics, logos, downloadable files and source code — is the property of ANVARTO Digital or its licensors and is protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and international treaties. No content may be copied, modified, distributed or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose,
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, hack or circumvent security,
- Upload viruses or malicious code,
- Resell, share or redistribute downloaded files,
- Impersonate another person or entity.
Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service and products are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no guarantee that the products will produce any particular business outcome.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, in no event shall ANVARTO Digital, its directors or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ANVARTO Digital from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
